Sales Manager / Patient Advocate Manager ( is the industry leader for patient advocacy. We're looking for a sales manager to lead a unique team of Patient Advocates. We seek someone who will play a critical role by coaching, mentoring and fostering a team environment of patient advocates that represent us every day. More than just selling any product, the work you will lead will have a direct, significant impact on changing lives across the country. The ideal candidate is someone who understands a long sales cycle adn who has a grasp of marketing and sales technology.

This position is unique because of the lead nurturing time that it involves for a healthy sales pipeline and with a blend of prospect difficulties.

This is a senior-level position that is 90 percent management and 10 percent get-your-hands-dirty. It is based in Orlando, FL, and has a strong base salary plus bonuses based on team performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee a staff of six to 10
  • Manage a low-volume, high-value pipeline from 30,000 feet and teach your staff the nuances of managing their part of the funnel
  • Provide insight for the team related to data, metrics and KPIs
  • Provide consistent communication from the CEO and the Operations Team to your team and vice versa
  • Develop sales team through motivation, training and coaching


  • Degree in business, marketing, behavioral science ore related field or enough sales management success to offset the lack of one
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team, scheduling work flow and providing human resources leadership with the ability to provide corrective feedback as and when required to members of the team
  • Competitive nature
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or high-performing CRM
